Clinical Duties

• Conduct OPD consultations for eye-related conditions

• Diagnose and manage common and complex ophthalmic disorders

• Perform ophthalmic procedures and surgeries as per expertise (e.g., cataract surgery, minor eye procedures)

• Manage eye emergencies and trauma cases

• Prescribe appropriate medications and treatment plans

• Interpret diagnostic tests such as refraction, fundus examination, tonometry, etc.

Patient Care & Safety

• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of patient records

• Follow hospital protocols and infection control guidelines

• Counsel patients regarding treatment, surgery, and preventive eye care

• Ensure patient safety and quality clinical outcomes

• Perform normal and assisted deliveries

• Diagnose and treat gynecological disorders and pregnancy-related complications

• Perform gynecological surgeries as per hospital scope (e.g., D&C, hysterectomy, LSCS, etc.)

• Handle gynecological and obstetric emergencies

• Interpret diagnostic reports (USG, lab tests, CTG, etc.)

Patient Care & Safety

• Ensure adherence to standard clinical protocols and NABH guidelines (if applicable)

• Maintain accurate and timely medical records

• Provide counseling to patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care

• Ensure infection control and patient safety practices

• Oversee HVAC systems, chillers, AHUs, exhaust systems, medical gas pipelines, and fire-fighting systems.
• Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical systems.
• Monitor energy efficiency and implement cost-saving measures.

ElectricalSystems

• Manage HT/LT panels, DG sets, UPS, transformers, and emergency power supply.
• Ensure uninterrupted power supply to critical areas like ICU, OT, and Emergency.
• Coordinate electrical maintenance, load management, and statutory compliance.

Plumbing& Public Health

• Supervise water supply systems, drainage, sewage, STP/ETP, pumps, and RO plants.
• Ensure proper plumbing maintenance across hospital areas.
• Monitor water quality and consumption.

Qualifications &Experience

·        Qualification:BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

1. Patient Acquisition & Outreach

• Conduct field visits to clinics, corporate offices, schools, NGOs, and communities to promote hospital services.
• Build and maintain relationships with referring doctors, diagnostic centers, and healthcare partners.
• Identify potential areas for new patient inflow and target them through planned activities.

2. Branding & Promotional Activities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, health talks, medical camps, and OPD programs.
