Key Responsibilities

• Generate accurate IPD/OPD bills, procedure bills, and final settlements as per hospital norms.

• Verify patient documents, treatment details, doctor orders, and service charges to ensure correct billing.

• Coordinate with nursing, pharmacy, diagnostics, and other departments for billing updates and clarifications.

• Ensure proper posting of charges for investigations, procedures, services, and consumables.

• Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment modes and maintain daily cash reports.

• Manage TPA/Insurance billing including pre-authorization, approvals, and documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
