12. Work closely with the HR team to design and implement employee engagement surveys.
13. Analyze survey results and develop action plans to address areas of improvement.
14. Implement initiatives to enhance employee morale, motivation, and satisfaction.
15. Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
16. Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.
