Job description:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive succession planning strategies to
  2. identify and nurture internal talent.
  3. Collaborate with department heads to assess current and future talent needs.
  4. Design and execute programs to identify high-potential employees and
  5. create tailored development plans for their career growth.
  6. Ensure a robust leadership pipeline by identifying and grooming
  7. successors for key positions.
  8. Conduct regular talent reviews and succession planning meetings.
  9. Lead and manage organizational development initiatives to enhance
  10. employee performance, engagement, and retention.
  11. Design and implement programs to foster a positive and inclusive
  12. organizational culture.
  13. Collaborate with department leaders to assess organizational needs and
  14. implement targeted interventions.
  15. Develop and deliver training programs to address skill gaps and promote
  16. professional development.
  17. Drive change management initiatives to support organizational growth and evolution.
  18. Work closely with the HR team to design and implement employee
  19. engagement surveys.
  20. Analyze survey results and develop action plans to address areas of
  21. improvement.
  22. Implement initiatives to enhance employee morale, motivation, and satisfaction.
